Dr. Fernandez was very helpful in arranging an MRI for me and giving me a correct diagnosis. I am now pain free and am going to follow his advise.

I barely had to wait. They took me in quickly and immediately started on the x-rays. I highly recommend.

I came across Full Orthopedics Urgent Care after having a sudden case of hip bursitis. Due to their flexible hours, I was easily able to get an appointment (though they are a walk-in clinic and only used my appointment to know I was coming). They were unable to see if they took my insurance because their system was down, however, they were able to confirm manually. When I showed up, I was quickly checked in but had a bit of a wait. Once the staff actually saw me, I received friendly care, especially from Dr. Hernandez. Only giving 4 stars because their system was down and their appointment system isn't really an appointment system, but a notification to the staff. I also received two follow up calls and an automatic follow up appointment.

I was seen promptly by the medical assistant who applied splint around my fractured wrist. After more than 24 hours we are still waiting for a report on what was done and what must still be done. The only record we have are payment stubs from of the charges by credit card. I think and hope the work is competent. I am 81 and cannot recall all the verbal instructions. I was promised that these would be sent to me immediately by email but so far nothing.

I was seen promptly and treated with professionalism. I was questioned thoroughly about my medical history and I was then taken back for an X-ray. The doctor came back and discussed my condition, appropriate treatment regimen and since I was traveling, follow up with my orthopedic doctor at home.
